Steve Jolley

PT, DPT, Owner

Steve Jolley was born and raised in Shelley, Idaho. After high school he spent 2 years helping the people of Honduras following hurricane Mitch. While in Honduras he learned to speak fluent Spanish and continues to be in contact with friends in that region. Steve attended Brigham Young University, where he met Chelsea Summers who became his wife. They have three children.

In 2005, Steve received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences. He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in 2008.

Steve is very involved with scouting and for troop 202 here in Pahrump. He is also active with Pahrump Valley High School athletics and many local community events. Steve and his family are also very involved with his church.

Isaac Inouye


Isaac Inouye was born and raised in Costa Mesa California. After high school, Isaac moved to Orem, Utah to work on his B.S in Exercise Science at Utah Valley University. While working on his undergraduate education, Isaac met and married his wife Sharyn. After getting his B.S in Exercise Science, Isaac moved to Henderson Nevada where he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University.

Isaac enjoys the outdoor access that the Las Vegas valley provides, and he tries to spend as much time as possible outside. Isaac considers himself a Jack-of-all-trades and enjoys mountain biking, climbing, trail running, and backcountry skiing. While not specifically training for one activity, Isaac likes to participate in each activity as much as time permits. Isaac and his wife Sharyn also enjoy a good meal and are always on the lookout for new food spots to try.

Isaac has worked in multiple areas of Physical Therapy and has clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing. As a therapist, Isaac enjoys the daily interactions with his patients and enjoys the rehab process that he is able to help his patients through.

Richard Del Rosario

Richard Del Rosario was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He went to Spring Valley High school where he graduated in 2012. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant, Richard worked in Retail and house remodeling. During Richard’s free time he enjoys playing football, badminton, and hiking. Richard also enjoys cooking and trying different foods from all cultures.

In 2014, he decided to go back to school to get his Associates degree of Science for a Physical Therapist Assistant and graduated in April 2016. During his clinical experience Richard was able to attend two outpatient orthopedics and a skilled nursing facility. Richard wanted to become part of this profession because he loves the satisfaction of helping people physically and getting them back to their previous lifestyle.

Cheyenne Wilson

Cheyenne was born in a small town in Tennessee. After living all throughout the south she settled in Las Vegas in 1997. Cheyenne earned her first Associate’s degree at the College of Southern Nevada with no specific career direction in mind. Some years later Cheyenne realized her true passion in life was to be able to help people on a daily basis. That passion, accompanied with her love of fitness programs like yoga and Pilates, led her to the field of Physical Therapy. She earned her Occupational Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting in 2016 from Pima Medical Institute.

Cheyenne gained experience at acute, sub-acute, and outpatient orthopedic settings throughout her clinicals but is especially interested in manual therapy techniques to aid in healing orthopedic patients. She is beyond excited to finally be doing what she loves. Cheyenne also loves getting to know people, family time, reading, photography, and the great outdoors.

Selica Dingson


Selica was born and raised in the small town of Salinas, CA and graduated from North Salinas High School. She enjoyed playing softball and running track & field where she and 3 other girls received the title “4x1 Relay Team Champions” for their division. In July 2014, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and soon after applied and attended Physical Therapy Assistant school. She graduated in 2016 and received her Associates Degree for PTA. She wanted to get into this field because she has a strong desire to help people get better. It was equally important for Selica to work in a field that she really enjoys. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, playing badminton, working out at the gym and trying new foods from around the world. She hopes to one day own a giant tortoise and an alpaca.

Dave Christensen


Dave Christensen was born in Idaho Falls, ID and attended Shelley High School. Dave grew up on a potato farm and learned the value of work at an early age. Upon graduation from high school in 2001, he served a 2 year LDS mission in Riverside CA.

In 2004 Dave married his high school sweet heart Elsha in Idaho Falls, ID. They have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl.

Dave continued his education at Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science in 2009 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012.

Dave is very personable and enjoys working with a wide array of patients with various ailments. He has experience with orthopedics, neurological deficits, vestibular/balance, wound care, sports/athletics, cardio-pulmonary, and workers’ compensation cases.

Dave and his family are involved in their church, scouting, sports, photography, community events, and various outdoor activities.

Danny Wilcox


Danny Wilcox is originally from Southern California and spent most of his years in Corona. He went to Corona High and ran on the Cross Country and Track team. The mile, 800m, and 4x400m relay were his personal favorites. He continued running in college for Biola University and was an assistant coach for Corona High Cross Country for several years during his undergraduate education.

Various injuries throughout his running career prompted several bouts of physical therapy and introduced him to the field. After Danny graduated with his B.S. in Kinesiology, he applied and was admitted into Touro University Nevada’s Doctorate program for Physical Therapy. He began his career as a physical therapist in acute care at Valley Hospital Medical Center.

Danny’s time attending Biola University led him to meeting the love of his life, Mackenzie. They have been married since 2010 and together enjoy biking, hiking, running, weightlifting, tennis, and Star Wars. They moved to Henderson in 2014 and have been attending and are actively involved with ministry at South Hills Christian Church.

Susan Stefanelli


Sue Stefanelli has been interested in the medical profession since an early age. Sue first pursued her passion as a “Candy Striper” for a couple of summers at Nellis AFB hospital. She then attended a vocational high school in Las Vegas which offered health occupations and by the time she graduated she was working as a nursing assistant. Later, Sue attended Community College of Southern Nevada (CCSN) where she received her LPN certificate, though she eventually transferred to a physical therapy assistant program. She graduated from the PTA program in 1994 and has been working in the field ever since. Sue has worked in a variety of areas throughout her career and has gained a lot of invaluable experience in what has turned out to be a fantastic and ever changing career. Sue enjoys gardening, family and relaxation.

Robert Figgins


Robert Figgins was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. After graduating from Bonanza High School, Robert served a 2 year mission in Hawaii for the LDS church. After returning home from Hawaii, he completed his undergraduate courses at UNLV in 2011. Robert attended an occupational therapy graduate program in Mesa, AZ and graduated in 2016. He was married in Gilbert, AZ in 2014 and has just welcomed his first child in November of 2015. Robert enjoys playing basketball, cheering on the Rebels basketball team, and spending time with his wife, Melissa, and his son, James.

Matthew Walseman


Matthew was born and raised in King George, Virginia. He graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2017 with bachelor degrees in Marketing and Management with a Leadership minor. Matt got involved with physical therapy when he was recovering from an ACL tear and fell in love with the physical therapy environment. Matt was previously a digital/interactive marketer for a non-profit company Fear 2 Freedom where he helped spread the word and help victims of child abuse and sexual assault. He moved to North Las Vegas right after college with the love of his life Anya in July 2017. Matt played soccer in High School and College and plays on the most competitive indoor leagues he can get his feet on. He spends his free time exploring the West Coast and doing random activities to make himself and others laugh. He is extremely excited to be a part of the Affiliated Therapy team as the Marketing Coordinator/Patient Care Coordinator.

Stephen DeFriez


Stephen DeFriez was born in Price, Utah and grew up in Castle Dale, Utah. After high school he served a 2 year LDS mission in Italy. Stephen obtained a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah. He then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy also from the University of Utah in 2009.
While at the University of Utah Stephen met and married his wife. They have 3 children.

Stephen has always enjoyed small towns so his work experience has been very broad and includes geriatrics, vestibular/balance, orthopedics, home health, cardio-pulmonary and wound care.

Stephen has been a resident of Pahrump for 7 years. His interests include Jeeping, camping, hiking and trying science experiments with his kids.

Sean Hastings


Sean Hastings came on board with Affiliated Therapy on May 2014. He is married and has four children. He is very active in his church and in his personal life. He loves reading, art, music the outdoors and movies. He is skilled in graphic design, project management, sales and professional relations. Sean has studied at San Bernardino Community College, Westwood College, Great Basin College and has earned many certifications as well as working on his Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications. Sean is excited and happy to be working at Affiliated Therapy as the General Manager.

Sharon Oster


Sharon Oster was raised on a dairy farm in Minnesota where she developed her love for animals and the great outdoors. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Sharon has worked in several states and moved to the Pahrump valley when there were no fast food restaurants and only one stop light. Throughout her career she has worked with a wide variety of patients from premature newborns to 104 years old.

Jason Dalisay


Jason Dalisay is originally from San Diego, California. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2005. Some years later Jason decided go back to school and in 2015 he graduated at the top of his class in the PTA program from Carrington College in Las Vegas, Nevada. There he also earned his second Associate’s degree.

Jason has worked at several sports performance PT clinics throughout the Las Vegas valley. He loves treating athletes but also has keen sense for treating post-op orthopedic patients.

Jason is an avid SDSU college basketball fan and a San Diego Chargers fan. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing golf, traveling, and weight training. He was married to his bride Jennette in March 2013. In April of 2013 they were blessed with their first daughter, Aria.

Robyn Reyes


Robyn was born in Bronx, New York. Shortly after she moved with her family to Las Vegas, Nevada where she spent all of her youth growing up. After graduating high school, Robyn started to work towards a Pastry degree at CSN. She gained experience working as a baker but realized that she enjoyed it more as a hobby. That is when she decided to receive a degree in Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She has been familiar with the field ever since a little girl because both her parents are PT’s. Robyn has a passion for working with children which helped her pursue physical therapy specializing in pediatrics. She enjoys playing soccer, going to concerts, and ANYTHING DISNEY!
